Too often, Black professionals don’t get enough recognition for the work they do. From styling in salons and barber shops day and night, to setting new trends and techniques, to transforming someone’s entire look by gracing their hair. In today’s blog, we’re going to highlight some Black-Owned salons, barber shops and beauty supplies stores throughout Texas. 

During this time, we want to acknowledge the current state of our world right now, especially within our own country. In addition to the widespread of COVID-19 in America and various other countries, there has also been another disease we’ve been fighting since the beginning of time: racism. We’re taking this time out to show our support for the #SayHerName movement, as well as #BlackLivesMatter; without you, there would be no us.
