RETURN POLICY
We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 60 days (weekends included) on all hair extensions, if you're not satisfied. The hair must be in good condition, and resaleable: free from dye, fraying and must not be cut. In order to receive a full refund for Hand-Tied products, the product must be returned with the original number of wefts (i.e. lengths 8”-14” should contain eight wefts, lengths 16-26” should contain six wefts). If we find the condition of the return is not in resalable condition, we will not be able to authorize the return process and will mail the product back to you via USPS. For authorized returns in good condition, we will refund or exchange the order within 3 business days upon receipt.
Please consult with customer service by emailing contact@lustrohair.com, indicating the order number, item(s) you want to return and the reason(s). Our customer service will provide instructions about returns and exchanges of the item(s) within 48 hours. We will pay the shipping costs for any returns.
Most returns can be processed within 2-7 business days after we receive your package.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Customers are advised to complete exchange requests within 60 days of receipt (weekends included) in order to qualify for a store credit. We will pay for the shipping costs for any exchanges. Any exchange request not received within the specific time frame will be null and void.
CANCELLATION
- There is no cancellation fee on orders placed within 24 hours.
- Any cancellation for orders placed on our website over 24 hours will incur a 15% handling fee. All refunded returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
YOU HAVE TWO CHOICES FOR A REFUND :
- Store Credit Refund - $0 restocking fee for choosing store credit refund of your return. Store credit can be combined with any coupon code for a future order.
- Monetary Refund - 15% Restocking Fee Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment used to purchase the item(s) up to 10 business days.
