The Factory

Transparency is important to us. From ethically-sourced materials to reusable packaging, care for the environment and for our communities is at the heart of what we do. Located in Qingdao, Shandong, China, our factory is bright and efficient, boasting modern facilities and good working conditions.

Our Selection Process

Committed to finding a factory partner that aligned with our values, we spent over a year touring a total of 42 factories before finally selecting one. From our first visit, we were immediately impressed by the honesty and dedication of the factory owner, who oversees the operations himself.

Our Sourcing Methods

From sourcing materials to curating signature shades, we strive for excellence every step of the way. Our hair is sourced directly from verified distributors who have a long-standing reputation for ethically sourcing high-quality human hair. All hair is sold or exchanged freely and fairly.

We believe that, as technology progresses, technology and fashion can be combined more seamlessly. We've invested in cutting-edge technologies such as Nano-Honeycomb Silica and man-made scalp technology, thereby providing consumers with an unparalleled, one-of-a-kind brand experience.

We have joined forces with Carbon-Based Technology Inc. to enhance the innovation, comfortability and wearability of hair products through technology.

Each wig differs in hair material, color, thickness, curl, and even internal protein structure. We've established strict quality control standards, with the goal to ensure consistency among hair products.

Hair with a similar look still may have substantial differences. This inspired us to become a dedicated leader in hair technology.

In each hair product, the proportion of smooth hair, from an individual and in a single direction, accounts for no less than 98% of the total volume. Extremely soft human hair is used at the U-shaped part of the hair set, along with the baby hair of the forehead hairline part, resulting in a lace weaving density that is 150% more than what youll find in conventional products on the market today.

The introduction and application of new technologies include artificial scalp, simulation scalp, honeycomb lace, and U-shaped crocheting method, all demonstrating our integration of technology with fashion.

After years of research and development, we've sought out the best partners and suppliers. Our partners have more than 50 years of wig-manufacturing experience and, coupled with technological innovation, have become among the top producers in the industry. We pay close attention to every detail, starting with the procurement of real human hair, sourced from countries like Brazil, India, Myanmar, Peru and throughout Eastern Europe. We carefully wash, clean, heat and disinfect all hair products, putting each through scores of processes in order to ensure optimal hair quality and color. Every product we sell has undergone up to a dozen stress and related tests—from checking the elasticity to verifying that hair holds its curl. Our rigorous testing ensures that your new hair will be easy to style, and won't shed or fade on you. Perfection is our motto.

To procure one particular batch of hair, we traveled to the remote mountains of Cambodia.

During factory processing, a fully-woven piece of hair typically takes two weeks. We've spent months at the factory level, optimizing the production process to ensure quality standards.

For quality assurance, we carry out various tests using washing machines, dryers, and such, along with data to ensure that only exceptional products are made.
